Tired-brain-day tips
- Low energy? Cut the goal in half and start. A tiny win counts as a streak day.
- Type over the last sentence you wrote; don't stop to edit. Editing is a different job.
- Reread nothing until the timer ends. Forward motion only.
- Set the goal to 100 words and call it a "victory lap" day.
- Missing a day doesn't erase you — a streak is a habit, not a test.
- Talk it out loud, transcribe roughly, fix later. Your voice doesn't self-censor as much.
