Add the nurses you're trading with. Removing someone also removes their open cards and unassigns their slots.
Shift grid
Write down who is pencilled into each slot and mark slots that need coverage. Edit the day labels to match your schedule.
Requests & offers
A request asks for coverage of a slot. An offer says a nurse can cover that slot (optionally naming a trade-back slot for a straight trade). Give your card a thumbs-up when you've actually talked to your squad.
Possible matches
A match pairs a request with an offer on the same slot for different nurses. When both cards have a thumbs-up, you can record the trade as covered — then everyone writes it down themselves and prints a confirmation note.
