Best end times
Pick the day your auction will end. The app ranks ending hours for that day and explains each pick with reason chips. Nothing is scraped — this is the same advice a seasoned flipper would give you out loud.
A quick cheat sheet
Tip: start a 7-day auction the previous evening so it lands in the slot you want. Auctions are scheduled by their end time — bidders never see the start time.
Weekend windows
For flea-market and garage-sale flippers: you source on the weekend and list while it's fresh. This is the rhythm that compounds — pick Saturday, list Sunday evening, repeat.
The flipper rhythm
- Saturday morning: garage sales, estate sales, flea markets. Buy clean, complete, photographed-ready items.
- Saturday afternoon: photograph everything in one batch. Same background, natural light.
- Sunday: research comps, write listings, schedule them to end next Sunday evening at the highest-ranked hour.
- Sunday evening slot: by next Sunday your items end at the peak time, and the cycle repeats with money in your pocket.
Relist cadence planner
An item didn't sell — that's information, not failure. Enter when it was listed and how the category usually behaves, and you'll get a plain next step with a date.
Category notes
Your own seller's notebook. For each category, keep a one-line verdict: does it sell fast or sit slow? The relist planner reads these notes. It is all manual entry — you write it, it stays here.
Renewal nudges
Renewals sneak up on you: store subscriptions, Good-'Til-Cancelled listings, whatever you've promised future-you to revisit. Add target dates and this panel keeps score.
Sunset summary
End your selling day the way you'd close a ledger. Log what happened today and get a two-minute recap plus tomorrow's nudge. Breathe easy — the day is done.
Weekly Selling Schedule
All times are evening local time. End-of-auction guidance, not financial advice.
Your weekly schedule
Everything you saved lands here. Print it and pin it by your packing table.
Why it works
- Sunday evening rules the roost. Decades of seller habit put peak browsing from about 5–9 PM in the buyer's time zone. Aim near the top: 6, 7 or 8 PM.
- Avoid the dead zones. Overnight hours and Saturday daytime — buyers are asleep or at a garage sale. Ending Saturday at 1 PM means bidding against a flea market.
- Weekday evenings are a solid Plan B. Mon–Thu 6–9 PM works well for commodity items where buyers search, wait, and pounce.
- Relists are a rotation, not a repost. Change the ending evening when you relist. Same-slot relists inherit the same result.
- Money math lives in the sibling tool. Pair this with ebay-profit-calculator-cli for fees and margin; this app owns the when, that one owns the how much.
- Everything is local. No accounts, no scraping, no network calls. Your data sits in this browser's localStorage; clear it any time from the schedule page.
Experience differs from market to market. The chips are starting points, not laws — keep your own category notes and let them override the defaults.
